nothing too special but very refreshing to see hillarious acting performed by hugh grant and drew barrymore. see this review first; i believe it describe the movie much better than me 
anyway, there’s a dialog that explaining why the title is "music and lyrics".
in my way of saying, it’s something like this:
"music is like a feeling when u first seeing the person u love. it’s like a romantique feeling that makes u feels a bit trembling. but lyrics are about knowing who the person really is. it’s like getting to know person that u love in a little better to decide if u want to make a serious relationship or not".
drew barrymore say those words in much2 better way than what i remember.
sweet performers, sweet movie, watch out for diabetes! ^^)
